Miss Kaiti has been employed in the child care field for over seven years and has been a Center Director for two years. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Family Life Education. In 2008, Kaiti became a certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. In addition, Kaiti is one year away from completing a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership.

Kaiti and her husband moved from Rhinelander to Wausau to be closer to family. They are looking forward to starting a family in the near future, but are busy taking care of their Yellow Lab named Tank (he weighs 107 pounds). Kaiti also enjoys spending time with family, boating, biking, going for walks and shopping!

Miss Kaiti has completed her Early Childhood 1, Early Childhood 2 and Infant & Toddler certification as well as earning her Administrators Credential. Kaiti has also completed training in Child Abuse & Neglect, CPR, First Aid, SIDS Prevention, and Shaken Baby Syndrome Prevention.
