Miss Samantha has worked in the child care profession since 2001. She has worked with many different age groups throughout this time period including infants, preschool ages 2-3 and school age. She joined Wausau Child Care in November of 2005. Prior to coming to Wausau Child Care, Samantha worked at The Child Care Center of Saint Joseph's Hospital and Marshfield Clinic in Marshfield. Throughout her Early Childhood career, she has held the position of Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, School Age Assistant Director and, most recently, Director. Samantha graduated from Mid-State Technical College in May of 2004 with an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Miss Samantha grew up in Auburndale, WI and has one sister. She was married to her husband Jayson in October of 2008 and currently resides in Edgar. Samantha has a 4-year old yellow lab named Brooke.

Miss Samantha has completed her certification in Infant, Child and Adult CPR. She has also completed Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS) Prevention, Child Abuse and Neglect Awareness and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Awareness and Prevention Training.
