Locations

Wausau Child Care serves the greater Wausau area by providing childcare at multiple locations. Our Westside and Cedar Creek centers offer childcare for infants up to 5 years and each have a 4K program. The School Age Child Care program provides before/after school care, as well as care during school breaks and throughout the summer.

Westside Center

Our Westside Center is conveniently located on Wausau's westside, nestled in the wooded hills behind Aspirus Hospital.  Westside is our largest center caring for as many as 107 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.  

Westside is NAEYC Accredited and received a 5 star rating through the WI Youngstar quality rating and improvement system.  

Two separate 4K Classes run from:

Morning: 8:45am - 11:15am

Afternoon: 12:45pm - 3:15pm

Cedar Creek

Cedar Creek, located south of Wausau, in Kronenwetter, is licensed for as many as 76 children ages 6 weeks to 5 years.  

Cedar Creek is NAEYC Accredited and received a 5 star rating through the WI Youngstar quality rating and improvement system.  

Two separate 4K Classes run from:

Morning: 9:00am - 11:40am

Afternoon: 12:30pm - 3:10pm

School Age Program -

Franklin Center

Franklin, located on the east side of Wausau, is licensed for as many as 92 children ages 5 - 12 years old.  

Franklin is NAEYC Accredited and received a 5 star rating through the WI Youngstar quality rating and improvement system.
