We've met at a Health Department meeting in the past, but I wanted to send you a note to let you know how great your staff at the Franklin Center are.
My son, Forrest, is in the Honeybee room. A couple weeks back, he got a fever and was crying. I hurried over, and as I arrived, Miss Sue was cuddling him and comforting him. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to know that my son, in any circumstance, will be well cared for.
His teacher, April, is also really engaging. She always takes time to let me know what activities Forrest is doing. Forrest loves her and your other staff, particularly Kelly and Karen, and talks about them at home. On weekend days, he frequently asks if he'll get to see April, Kelly, or Karen. Thank you for providing that peace of mind. It is priceless."
